The event will require assigned seating or ushers to escort attendees to seats with social distancing of a minimum of 6 feet between family items. Group events are subject to six foot distancing and gathering measurement guidelines as set forth herein. Breweries, Microbreweries, Distilleries and Microdistilleries with LDH Food Permits are required to ban prospects from loitering exterior of the premises if such prospects are not training social distancing or wearing masks. Those that fail to ban such loitering could also be prohibited from offering take-out providers. Bars are required to prohibit customers from loitering outside of the premises if such clients are not training social distancing or carrying masks. Bars that fail to ban such loitering could also be prohibited from providing take-out services.
